Dorothy Chandler Pavilion tickets & upcoming events

The Dorothy Chandler Pavilion is nothing short of an LA icon, a place where the magic of live performance truly comes alive. This stunning venue has played a huge part in shaping the American opera scene, hosting everything from world premieres like Thomas Adès' The Tempest in 1992 to innovative dance companies like the LA Dance Project back in 2014. Walking into the Pavilion feels special, its grand architecture and rich history give you that warm, almost nostalgic vibe. The acoustics are often praised, especially in the mid-tier, making every note feel crystal clear, while the orchestra rows buzz with energy, it's hard not to get caught up in the excitement. If you're planning to attend during a busy night, I’d say arrive early, parking can be a bit tricky and, trust me, those EV outlets are a lifesaver if you’re eco-friendly. Oh, and if you’re into group outings, they have some pretty sweet discounts, and the seating chart is super easy to access on your phone, so no surprises when you get there. Whether you’re after front-row glory, fancy VIP sections like Turandot, or just looking for a good deal, the Pavilion always has something to offer. Honestly, it’s a place that’s seen a lot of history and still keeps the spirit of live art alive and kicking. Don't miss out on the chance to catch a show here, you're in for a real treat.
